Wilton Crescent

Created by Thomas Cundy II, the Grosvenor family surveyor, this handsome Grade II Listed period building in the Belgravia Conservation Area houses just three yet very large apartments. Principia acts for the freeholder yet has obligations to the Grosvenor being part of their expansive estate, one being in respect of cyclical external repairs and redecorations. Internal common parts redecorations too have been recently carried out to high, exacting standards. Wilton Crescent was home to many prominent British politicians and ambassadors in the 19th and 20th centuries, who were attracted to the properties’ grand terraces and the lovely Wilton Garden in the centre of the crescent.
