We work closely with a utility consultant who procures the electricity, gas, oil and telephone requirements for our clients’ buildings. They do not receive commission from the utility providers, thereby delivering a transparent and cost-effective service. Their involvement includes the validation of invoices and within the boundaries of the ‘section 20’ legislation, we try to fix competitive rates for as long as possible to hedge against inflation. We ensure all contract renewal dates are diarised to avoid the rolling over of contracts or the defaulting to out-of-contract rates.
