Evelyn Gardens

Principia manages an entire terrace of properties for three different share-of-freehold clients on this quiet, pretty street in the Thurloe Estate and Smith’s Charity Conservation Area. Evelyn Gardens was named after William John Evelyn, one of Smith’s Charity trustees, and was built in the late 1880s in a red-brick Anglo-Dutch style. Principia’s clients all have access to the beautiful common gardens bordering Fulham Road. Where major works are concerned, the buildings are subject to a programme of external works expertly supervised through an award-winning firm of surveyors.
