Battersea Park Road

This splendid building in Battersea dates back to 1878 and was restored in 1987. It was originally a blacking factory in the late 1800s owed by Propert’s and their name remains proudly displayed above the front entrance door to this mixed-use development containing flats and many businesses under Principia management.
