We take the health, safety and welfare of all owners, residents and visitors very seriously and as such regular Health & safety surveys are carried out at our clients’ buildings. Any action points are discussed with our clients and appropriate action taken. We point out to our clients when a health & safety item is compulsory, best practice or merely recommended, so that they can make an informed decision. We work closely with one firm of health & safety consultants in particular to ensure continuity and achieve economies of scale. If there is any grey area we can turn to them for advice (often free of charge). Regular health & safety checks and inspections concern fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos and electrical safety.
