A typical service charge year for your property will start with the setting of a service charge budget to be agreed between managing agent and client. We play a pivotal role in recommending realistic service charge budgets and long-term expenditure forecasts to our clients. Followed by the serving of service charge demands, collection of the same occasionally via the full extent of our credit control procedures, expenditure of the collected sums in order to manage/maintain/insure the building, accounting for income, expenditure, debtors, creditors and cashflow throughout the year, and after the year has been completed, accounting for the entire year via your certified service charge accounts. Bespoke reports are available upon request and quarterly reporting according via a suite of reports is available to all clients.
